They discover that Takahashi is involved in the smuggling of shabu and weapons in Tokorozawa, but Takahashi commits suicide before he can say anything. The Marukami-kai intervened after learning that the Sugimasa-gumi conflict was due to the Kyowa-kai. The time has come for a direct confrontation between the two major organizations of East and West.
