at FMovies. Scrappy runs a dime-a-night flop house, cheerfully sprinkling disinfectant around before the night's customers arrive. They're all animal people except Oopie, who as usual can't help but make trouble, and breaks things and makes a racket enough that the other denizens can't sleep.
